MAISON KNITTED WALNUT BALLS

- Ingredients
for about forty balls:
300 grams of flour
50 grams of sugar
1 pinch of salt
250 grams of butter
1 vanilla pod
100 grams finely chopped walnuts
100 grams of finely chopped hazelnut powder
icing sugar

Realization
Preheat the oven to 5.
Mix sifted flour, sugar, salt and vanilla seeds. Stir in the softened butter.
Add the walnut powder.
Form small balls holding in the palm of your hand and place them on a sheet with a sheet of parchment. Bake 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and glaze, gently placing them on a wire rack to cool.
When they are cold (not before or they will crumble), gently roll them in icing sugar.
Keep them in a metal box for at least a week.
