Summer 2014 recap

While most people are enjoying the last weeks of summer, the knitting world is working at its own pace. For a few weeks we have already been preparing for the fall.

The summer was still very busy at the store. MANY OF YOU ATTENDED THE VERY FIRST MKAL AT THE BOUTIQUE , we received our first orders from Jill Draper and Blue Moon Fibers Arts. Céline taught Étienne Boulay from the Alouettes to knit, we welcomed Amélie Blanchard from the Festival Twist for an afternoon among spinners, we went to see our dear lacemakers in Nicolet. We are going to Saint-André-Avellin this weekend for the TWIST FESTIVAL .

The team took a vacation to recharge the batteries for the fall. Now, we are working very hard to prepare for our next school year ( have you seen the School's new courses? The TOP-DOWN PULLOVER to learn how to make a custom sweater and the LEVEL 2 BLANKET for knitters who want to try advanced or little-known techniques).

La Maison Tricotée blows out its first candle on September 14th! WE INVITE YOU TO OUR BIRTHDAY PARTY ON FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 19TH . Take out your marinières for a Breton evening of tales, pancakes and far Breton.
