Shipping periods are based on the processing and dispatch deadlines. Your items will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from the date of order.
You will see an estimated delivery date in the Checkout section before you finalize your order, as well as in the Order Summary after you place your order. We calculate the estimated delivery date based on the expected shipping date and by adding the shipping time based on the delivery method selected. Shipping time is calculated in business days, Saturdays and Sundays do not count (unless we offered special weekend delivery at checkout).
Yes, however we cannot guarantee delivery time to P.O. Boxes.
Yes, you can choose the tracking option when choosing the delivery option (additional cost to be expected).
We use Canada Post and Fedex services, internationally, to send you the packages, in order to guarantee a fast delivery time and at the best price.
If your tracking number indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to investigate. Please note that we will only be able to return your package free of charge once the delivery service has confirmed the loss of the package.

We are responsible for the products until they are delivered, but we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery due to factors beyond our control, such as an error in the address provided, for example.
For Canada, if the Canada Post deliveryman cannot leave the package in a safe place, he will leave a card in your mailbox with which you can pick up the package at the nearest post office. Out of Canada, if you have chosen a package with tracking, you will be notified to track your delivery.

The currency changes according to the delivery address. If your shipping address is Canada, the currency used will be the Canadian $. If your shipping address is the United States, we will charge you in US $.
It is entirely possible to change your shipping address. You must contact us at email@example.com to make any changes before your order is processed.
When a package is returned due to an incorrect delivery address, our carrier will charge us the shipping costs for returning the package to the store. If you wish to have it delivered again, we will be forced to charge you the full associated shipping costs.

If your package has been returned to us because you didn't have the chance to pick it up, because there was an error in the address, or because it was refused upon delivery, you will have to pay the shipping charges necessary to have it delivered again.
