I’ve knitted this cardigan... twice (well, the first one had an unfortunate incident involving a hot machine wash).

I love it because it’s pretty, quick to knit, classic, and its texture reminds me of multigrain bread when I knit it in tweed. The cherry on top? It starts with the sleeves, which avoids the unfortunate single sleeve syndrome.

In this course, we will break down the pattern step-by-step and cover each technique. The pattern is in English, but the course will be taught in French. Technical terms will be translated to help you understand easily.

How do I access my course?

The course will be online. You can watch it as many times as you want with no time limit. It consists of 5 tutorials spread over 5 weeks from June 23, 2025, to July 27, 2025.

You will receive the weekly tutorial every Monday.

A live Q&A session will take place every Sunday at 10:10 AM.

You can also ask the instructor questions by writing directly to celine@lamaisontricotee.com.

A private group has been created on Slack and Facebook to allow you to interact with the warm student community. 

The classes will be streamed privately via YouTube. At the end of the course, you will receive the link to the complete playlist to save in your YouTube library or on your computer.

Céline Barbeau will be your instructor for this course. With about twenty years of teaching experience, she is a designer and creator of Maison Tricotée, passionate about sharing her love of knitting.
