The "Silent Night" slippers will quickly become house favourites!
They have been described as "Walking on a cloud" and "Having your feet in a cocoon of softness".
These slippers are "larded" for extra warmth and softness. This technique consists of inserting "bacons" of carded wool into the knit.
An online course to learn how to knit them will start on Wednesday, September 6, 2023.
