Céline Barbeau

  Before opening La Maison Tricotée, Céline Barbeau lived in Toulouse where she split her professional life between hosting "Knitting Teas" and working as a storyteller.

Living in Quebec for 18 years, she opened Montreal’s first "Knitting Café" in 2013.

Céline has been knitting for over twenty years. She has been designing and teaching for 22 years.

Following the Covid pandemic, most of her classes moved online.

A turning point that allowed her to share her passion with a wider audience.

Invited as a knitting instructor at numerous festivals in Quebec and France, enjoy her humor and passion for teaching!
