Row 4: Place 2 stitches on the cable needle behind, knit a stitch then the 2 stitches on the cable needle. Place the next stitch on the cable needle in front, knit two stitches then the stitch on the needle twist.

Realization
Cast on 45 stitches with 10 mm needles. Place a marker ring and join in the round, taking care not to twist the stitches.
Row 1 - 1 sc, 4 sc, Row 1 of cable pattern, *4 sc, 1 sc*, repeat from * to * until the last 4 stitches and finish with 4 sc.
Row 2 - 1 sl st, 4 sts, Row 2 of cable pattern, * sm 4, 1 sl st * repeat from * to * until the last 4 stitches and finish with 4 sts.
Row 3 - 1 sc, 4 sc, Row 3 of cable pattern, *4 sc, 1 sc*, repeat from * to * until the last 4 stitches and finish with 4 sc.
Row 4 - 1 sl st, 4 sts, Row 4 of cable pattern, * sm 4, 1 sl st * repeat from * to * until the last 4 stitches and finish with 4 sts.
Repeat these 4 rows until the piece measures approx. 27 cm and cast off loosely.
